This am we got up early for a quick 7mi mountain bike ride. Got home and took my older dog for a couple mile ride to test his injury recovery, then took both dogs on a 2mi walk plus did a 1hr workout. Doing restorative yoga at 4 + mtn biking again in the am.
I may regret this.
Every time Trump has a rally, I mean "Press Conference", I get another 500-1000 words in on my MS. Because I sure as hell won't be watching, or checking Twitter.
